Here’s my favorite from last time:
ELEVATE (1)

Koreans around me seem a bit uncomfortable when I tell them that I speak to my baby in English. But she’s Korean, they tell me. She’ll get confused, they insist.

I know they’re wrong, because my elder daughter is now a perfect bilingual thanks to the effort my family has put into speaking to her in a few languages. Did it confuse her? Probably. And if it did, she got over it quickly. But why exactly is it okay? The post I’m sharing explains why. A scientific reason to share with people who don’t believe it’s possible!

So for moms who are considering trying it but aren’t sure if it’s a good idea…in my opinion it really is. But I’ll let the science do the explaining.

Thank you for linking-up, and we can’t wait to see what you’ve been up to!
